Ms.Tarte

Ms. Tarte is Bay Leaf Elementary's favorite 3rd grade teacher.
She warmly welcomes Ali and is quite surprised that many strange occurrences seem to happen lately ever since Ali joined her class, but she doesn't seem to put two and two together.
